Registration for Membership
For complementary healthcare practitioners who are suitably qualified and insured. You must also be registered with a professional body governing your discipline. We will also recognise therapists who are members of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), or registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), or the General Regulatory Council for Complementary Therapies (GRCCT). Members in Practice will be listed in the Directory and on our website.

The subscription and annual fee is £30. Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March but we accept applicants throughout the year with reduced fee for part year membership.
The deadline for payment each year is May 1st.
Please pay by direct bank transfer. Bank transfer details will be sent to you upon approval of your application. Cheques may be accepted and sent to the treasurer (made payable to Mid Wales Guild of Holistic Therapists). Please let us know if cheque payment is required.
Proof of qualifications required with each new application.
Proof of membership of a professional or governing body required with each application and at renewal.
Proof of insurance required with each application and at renewal.
Please use the checklist on the application form to ensure that you attach all the supporting evidence required.
We will confirm receipt and then process your application (this may take up to 4 weeks).
Once approved, and membership fee received, you will receive a welcome email from the Secretary, a receipt for your payment, and guidance for submitting your words and pictures for your listing and allocated page within the Guild website.
